I advise businesses and entrepreneurs from formation through growth, exit, and everything in between. Contracts, trademarks, deals, disputes, and the complicated problems that don't fit neatly into any category.

Before founding this firm, I was General Counsel of SIXT North America, running legal for a company with more than 1,000 employees and $500M in revenue. In-house, nobody cares how elegant the legal analysis is. They care whether the deal closes, the risk is managed, and the business keeps moving. That's still how I measure my work.

It shapes everything about how I practice. I want to understand the "why" behind every legal step so the advice serves your bigger picture, not just the question you asked. I care about your time and your budget. You'll get a recommendation, not a list of caveats, and a four-paragraph email instead of a ten-page memo.

A lot of my work is with tech companies (AI, SaaS, blockchain) and motor vehicle businesses, but I work with businesses of all kinds. I'm also a Certified Public Accountant, a background that regularly informs my legal strategy.
